5. Service Fees
Our service fees are set out on our Services page. Fees are payable as agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change our fees, though any changes will not affect bookings already made.
Complex cases requiring additional time may incur additional charges. We will always discuss this with you before any additional work is undertaken.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a booked consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without charge. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee.
If you do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full consultation fee may be charged.
7. Intellectual Property
