Carer's Allowance Support

If you spend at least 35 hours a week caring for someone with substantial care needs, you may be entitled to Carer's Allowance. We help carers understand the eligibility criteria, the impact on other benefits, and how to structure care responsibilities to maximise support. Our fee for Carer's Allowance applications is £45.

What to Expect

Before Your Appointment

Once you book a consultation, we will send you a checklist of documents that may be helpful to bring. This typically includes identification, proof of address, bank statements, medical evidence (if relevant), and any previous correspondence with the Department for Work and Pensions.

Do not worry if you cannot gather everything. We can often work with what you have and help you obtain missing documents.

Document preparation for consultation

During the Consultation

Your advisor will discuss your situation in detail, explain the relevant benefits, and outline the application process. We take time to answer your questions and ensure you understand each step before we proceed.

If you need assistance with forms, we can complete them together during the session or arrange a follow-up appointment for that purpose.
